Tom & Dale - Thank you for accepting & coming to our IrishFest2007 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. You guys are amazing!!! I describe your playing as a real tribute to Ireland & its people as Beautiful, Unique & Pleasant, Melodic, Homemade and/or Traditional all the same - the best sounding music played - Irish music!!!
I am a piano player (Learning Grade 6 level of Conservatory of Music with some Theory). However, through attending the IrishFest2007 weekend workshops & Gala Concert & having Irish heritage on both sides, I am interested in learning to play the Tin Whistle and it's got a green tip to it. My Spouse, Denis Cloutier who is French Canadian with ancestors orginating in the Normandy France region really enjoyed the Gala Concert and especially enjoyed Tom's Uilleann Pipe Playing. He has me looking into eBay and emailing special people to find out more information which Tom told us at his Uilleann Pipe workshop. However I haven't got it written down. It was mentioned there that A set of pipes brand new were on the website in Philidelphia I believe.
Would Tom e-mail some good advise on purchasing a beginner set or perhaps that set the Woman is selling ie. Uilleann Irish Style Union bagpipes? Thank you for your time & interest.

Now that I have found this url I think I shall continue in future to just browserize over to this site and bask in your glorious presence, thinking of vast yet perfectly chosen avalanches of notes performed tunefully and tonefully on those wicked contraptions of yours.
